Este <strong>proyecto pionero<\/strong> busca <strong>monitorear el impacto social y econ\u00f3mico<\/strong> de <strong>Villa Montellano, Puerto Plata y la regi\u00f3n Norte<\/strong>, utilizando <strong>datos cient\u00edficos<\/strong> para garantizar un <strong>desarrollo sostenible y equitativo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>Escuela de Econom\u00eda de la PUCMM<\/strong> ser\u00e1 la encargada de <strong>recopilar datos longitudinales<\/strong> y elaborar <strong>informes semestrales<\/strong> que midan <strong>indicadores clave<\/strong>, como la <strong>generaci\u00f3n de empleo, el nivel de ingresos, el emprendimiento local y la atracci\u00f3n de inversiones<\/strong>. Seg\u00fan <strong>Andr\u00e9s Marranzini<\/strong>, director del proyecto, y el <strong>ministro David Collado<\/strong>, esta metodolog\u00eda permitir\u00e1 <strong>tomar decisiones basadas en evidencia<\/strong> para <strong>fomentar un crecimiento econ\u00f3mico sostenible<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, el acuerdo incluye la <strong>creaci\u00f3n de un hotel escuela<\/strong>, gestionado por la <strong>PUCMM<\/strong>, para <strong>capacitar al personal<\/strong> que operar\u00e1 las <strong>primeras 1,600 habitaciones<\/strong> del proyecto.
