Este logro, que forma parte de la <strong>primera etapa de un ambicioso proyecto<\/strong>, represent\u00f3 un <strong>ahorro de RD$221 millones<\/strong> para las familias beneficiadas, ya que el <strong>Estado cubri\u00f3 los costos de los tr\u00e1mites jur\u00eddicos, t\u00e9cnicos y registrales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde el inicio de su gesti\u00f3n en <strong>2020<\/strong>, la administraci\u00f3n del <strong>presidente Luis Abinader<\/strong> ha entregado un total de <strong>17,461 certificados de t\u00edtulos<\/strong> en Los Alcarrizos, demostrando un <strong>compromiso firme<\/strong> con la <strong>seguridad jur\u00eddica<\/strong> y el <strong>desarrollo social<\/strong> en la comunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un proyecto que cambia vidas: De la incertidumbre a la seguridad jur\u00eddica<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>director ejecutivo de la UTECT, Duarte M\u00e9ndez<\/strong>, anunci\u00f3 que la instituci\u00f3n <strong>regresar\u00e1 a Los Alcarrizos este a\u00f1o<\/strong> para entregar <strong>m\u00e1s de 1,800 t\u00edtulos adicionales<\/strong> en el sector <strong>Buenas Noches<\/strong>. Este esfuerzo forma parte de un <strong>plan integral<\/strong> para <strong>garantizar el derecho a la propiedad<\/strong> a familias que, durante d\u00e9cadas, han vivido en terrenos sin documentos legales que les otorguen <strong>seguridad jur\u00eddica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>presidente Abinader<\/strong> destac\u00f3 que la <strong>titulaci\u00f3n de terrenos<\/strong> es un <strong>acto de justicia social<\/strong>, ya que muchas de estas familias han habitado sus propiedades <strong>por generaciones<\/strong>, pero nunca hab\u00edan tenido acceso a un <strong>t\u00edtulo de propiedad<\/strong> que les permita <strong>invertir, vender o heredar<\/strong> sus terrenos con tranquilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00abEstamos saldando una deuda hist\u00f3rica con familias que han construido sus vidas en estos terrenos. Ahora podr\u00e1n vivir con la certeza de que su hogar es realmente suyo\u00bb<\/em>, afirm\u00f3 el mandatario.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mejora de infraestructura: Asfaltado de calles en El Progreso<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s de la entrega de t\u00edtulos, el <strong>presidente Abinader anunci\u00f3 el asfaltado de la calle principal y otras v\u00edas del sector El Progreso<\/strong>, como parte de las <strong>obras de mejora de la infraestructura vial<\/strong> en el municipio.
