Esta declaraci\u00f3n se produce en un contexto de reclamos por parte de sectores comerciales que denuncian <strong>competencia desleal de negocios de capital chino<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El mandatario revel\u00f3 que la <strong>Direcci\u00f3n General de Impuestos Internos (DGII)<\/strong> est\u00e1 realizando <strong>m\u00e1s de 40 auditor\u00edas a empresas chinas<\/strong> para verificar su situaci\u00f3n fiscal. Adem\u00e1s, anunci\u00f3 que el Gobierno <strong>fijar\u00e1 su posici\u00f3n<\/strong> ante las nuevas restricciones de Hait\u00ed a productos dominicanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante su agenda semanal en Santiago, Abinader destac\u00f3 el <strong>potencial tur\u00edstico de Punta Bergant\u00edn<\/strong>, un proyecto que incluye <strong>cuatro hoteles de marcas internacionales<\/strong> y que busca relanzar el turismo en Puerto Plata y la costa norte. Tambi\u00e9n mencion\u00f3 que esta iniciativa combina <strong>pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica con oportunidades de negocio<\/strong> para el Banco de Reservas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En transporte, el director del <strong>Fideicomiso para el Desarrollo del Sistema de Transporte Masivo (Fitram)<\/strong>, Jhael Isa, anunci\u00f3 que los trenes del <strong>Monorriel de Santiago<\/strong> comenzar\u00e1n a circular en octubre como parte de las pruebas del sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Gobierno tambi\u00e9n anunci\u00f3 un <strong>programa de infraestructura vial<\/strong> para Santiago y la regi\u00f3n Norte, con una inversi\u00f3n de <strong>53,590 millones de pesos<\/strong> entre 2026 y 2028. Entre las obras destacan la <strong>Autopista del \u00c1mbar<\/strong> y la <strong>ampliaci\u00f3n de la Autopista Duarte<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En tecnolog\u00eda, el ministro de la Presidencia, Jos\u00e9 Ignacio Paliza, inform\u00f3 que el <strong>primer cable submarino de Google<\/strong> en Rep\u00fablica Dominicana quedar\u00e1 conectado antes de finalizar 2026. Abinader tambi\u00e9n resalt\u00f3 el programa <strong>RD Inteligente<\/strong>, que ampliar\u00e1 el acceso a formaci\u00f3n en inteligencia artificial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En salud, el presidente anunci\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de <strong>nuevas maternidades y hospitales<\/strong>, incluyendo un hospital traumatol\u00f3gico en Mao y una maternidad en La Vega.
