{"id":114949,"date":"2026-09-16T12:51:03","date_gmt":"2026-09-16T16:51:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/romanticany.com\/?p=114949"},"modified":"2026-09-16T12:51:04","modified_gmt":"2026-09-16T16:51:04","slug":"rd10700-millones-para-agua-y-hospitales-el-plan-del-gobierno-para-modernizar-santiago","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/romanticany.com\/?p=114949","title":{"rendered":"RD$10,700 millones para agua y hospitales: El plan del Gobierno para modernizar Santiago"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>Gobierno de Rep\u00fablica Dominicana<\/strong>, encabezado por el presidente <strong>Luis Abinader<\/strong>, ha presentado un <strong>plan de inversi\u00f3n de RD$10,700 millones<\/strong> para <strong>modernizar los servicios de agua y salud<\/strong> en <strong>Santiago<\/strong>, en respuesta al <strong>r\u00e1pido crecimiento urbano<\/strong> que ha aumentado la demanda de infraestructura en la provincia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>proyecto m\u00e1s destacado<\/strong> es la <strong>ampliaci\u00f3n del Acueducto Cibao Central<\/strong>, con un <strong>presupuesto de RD$9,000 millones<\/strong>, que <strong>beneficiar\u00e1 a Santiago, Licey al Medio, Tamboril y comunidades de Espaillat<\/strong>. Los trabajos <strong>iniciar\u00e1n en 2027<\/strong> y se espera que <strong>duren 24 meses<\/strong>. Seg\u00fan el <strong>ministro de la Presidencia, Jos\u00e9 Ignacio Paliza<\/strong>, la <strong>expansi\u00f3n de Santiago<\/strong> \u2014que ha pasado de <strong>90 a 138 kil\u00f3metros cuadrados<\/strong>\u2014 ha generado una <strong>mayor necesidad de servicios b\u00e1sicos<\/strong>, como <strong>agua potable y salud<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el <strong>sector de la salud<\/strong>, el Gobierno <strong>destinar\u00e1 RD$1,700 millones<\/strong> a partir de 2027 para <strong>mejorar la infraestructura hospitalaria<\/strong>. Las obras incluir\u00e1n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rehabilitaci\u00f3n del Hospital Presidente Estrella Ure\u00f1a<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Actualizaci\u00f3n del Hospital Infantil Regional Universitario Dr. Arturo Grull\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ampliaci\u00f3n de emergencias<\/strong> en el <strong>Hospital Regional Universitario Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Cabral y B\u00e1ez<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Construcci\u00f3n de un hospital de segundo nivel<\/strong> en <strong>La Canela<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Remodelaci\u00f3n del Hospital de Cienfuegos<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Construcci\u00f3n de un nuevo centro hospitalario<\/strong> en <strong>Pedro Garc\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El presidente <strong>Abinader<\/strong> comparti\u00f3 estos detalles durante un <strong>encuentro con empresarios<\/strong> de <strong>Amaprosan<\/strong>, donde tambi\u00e9n estuvo acompa\u00f1ado por la <strong>vicepresidenta Raquel Pe\u00f1a<\/strong> y el ministro <strong>Paliza<\/strong>.
