Seg\u00fan Hebrard, el pa\u00eds est\u00e1 experimentando un <strong>\u00abshock de precios externo\u00bb<\/strong> que <strong>presiona las finanzas p\u00fablicas<\/strong> y hace <strong>insostenible mantener los costos actuales de los combustibles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El esfuerzo fiscal de mantener los precios<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>analista financiero<\/strong> explic\u00f3 que <strong>sostener los precios de los carburantes sin cambios<\/strong> representa una <strong>carga fiscal insostenible<\/strong> para el Estado. <strong>\u00abCada semana, el Gobierno debe compensar el costo de 30 millones de galones de combustibles\u00bb<\/strong>, lo que genera un <strong>esfuerzo econ\u00f3mico enorme<\/strong>. Hebrard destac\u00f3 que esta situaci\u00f3n es <strong>\u00abhist\u00f3rica y alarmante\u00bb<\/strong> debido a la <strong>separaci\u00f3n anormal entre las tarifas internacionales<\/strong> de los derivados del petr\u00f3leo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El problema de los precios internacionales<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El experto se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, actualmente, <strong>un barril de gasoil supera los 200 d\u00f3lares<\/strong>, mientras que el <strong>petr\u00f3leo regular<\/strong> se cotiza a <strong>precios significativamente m\u00e1s bajos<\/strong>. Esta <strong>disparidad<\/strong> est\u00e1 afectando a <strong>todos los pa\u00edses importadores de derivados<\/strong>, incluyendo a Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, que depende en gran medida de la <strong>importaci\u00f3n de combustibles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un impacto insostenible en el presupuesto<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hebrard fue <strong>categ\u00f3rico<\/strong> al calcular el <strong>peso de esta intervenci\u00f3n estatal<\/strong> en las finanzas p\u00fablicas. Advirti\u00f3 que, si no se <strong>ajustan los precios actuales<\/strong>, el Gobierno <strong>tendr\u00eda que destinar m\u00e1s de 80,000 millones de pesos<\/strong> en el <strong>presupuesto de 2027<\/strong> para mantener los subsidios, una cifra que consider\u00f3 <strong>\u00abinsoportable para la econom\u00eda nacional\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Recomendaci\u00f3n: Prepararse para ajustes progresivos<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante este escenario, el economista <strong>recomend\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n y a los sectores productivos prepararse<\/strong> para <strong>posibles ajustes progresivos<\/strong> en los precios de los combustibles.
