Ese es el panorama que anticipan los expertos para <strong>2026-2027<\/strong>, y ante el cual el <strong>CAF<\/strong> decidi\u00f3 actuar con un paquete inicial de <strong>US$1,000 millones<\/strong> destinado a la <strong>preparaci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n de emergencias<\/strong> por un posible <strong>\u00abs\u00faper Ni\u00f1o\u00bb<\/strong> en Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el \u00abs\u00faper Ni\u00f1o\u00bb?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El fen\u00f3meno clim\u00e1tico <strong>El Ni\u00f1o<\/strong> \u2014de origen <strong>natural<\/strong>, a diferencia del cambio clim\u00e1tico, en el que interviene la actividad humana\u2014 podr\u00eda alcanzar en 2026-2027 una <strong>intensidad excepcional<\/strong>. Los expertos advierten que sus efectos ser\u00edan heterog\u00e9neos: <strong>sequ\u00edas y altas temperaturas<\/strong> en algunos territorios, <strong>inundaciones y mayores precipitaciones<\/strong> en otros, con efectos devastadores sobre la agricultura, la ganader\u00eda, la pesca y la infraestructura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El costo econ\u00f3mico del fen\u00f3meno<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las cifras de la <strong>CEPAL<\/strong> son elocuentes: una contracci\u00f3n acumulada de al menos el <strong>2% del PIB regional<\/strong> durante los pr\u00f3ximos tres a\u00f1os, presiones inflacionarias por la interrupci\u00f3n de las <strong>cadenas de suministro<\/strong> y un aumento de la pobreza que podr\u00eda sumar <strong>4.8 millones de personas<\/strong> hacia finales de la d\u00e9cada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La estrategia: dinero, conocimiento y coordinaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El presidente ejecutivo del CAF, <strong>Sergio D\u00edaz-Granados<\/strong>, explic\u00f3 que la respuesta combina <strong>financiamiento, asistencia t\u00e9cnica y conocimiento<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>US$1,000 millones iniciales<\/strong> para anticiparse a las emergencias y proteger a las poblaciones vulnerables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La <strong>primera Reuni\u00f3n de Ministros de Econom\u00eda de Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe<\/strong> sobre gesti\u00f3n financiera de riesgos naturales, en <strong>Panam\u00e1, el 27 y 28 de enero de 2027<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un <strong>Libro blanco<\/strong> con las mejores pr\u00e1cticas de atenci\u00f3n de emergencias por desastres naturales.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00abEstamos acompa\u00f1ando las necesidades inmediatas y las prioridades de largo plazo de nuestra gente\u00bb<\/em>, subray\u00f3 D\u00edaz-Granados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>#S\u00faperNi\u00f1o2026 #CAF #EmergenciasClim\u00e1ticas #Econom\u00edaRegional #Pobreza #Gesti\u00f3nDeRiesgos<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sequ\u00edas, inundaciones, p\u00e9rdidas agr\u00edcolas y hasta 4.8 millones de personas m\u00e1s en la pobreza.
