El <strong>presidente Luis Abinader<\/strong> supervis\u00f3 este jueves en la noche los trabajos de construcci\u00f3n del <strong>sistema de drenaje pluvial<\/strong>, una intervenci\u00f3n financiada con <strong>recursos de la renegociaci\u00f3n del contrato con Aerodom<\/strong> y orientada a reducir las <strong>inundaciones<\/strong> que afectan esta importante v\u00eda del <strong>Distrito Nacional<\/strong> durante los per\u00edodos de lluvia. En el recorrido, el mandatario recibi\u00f3 explicaciones t\u00e9cnicas del <strong>ministro de Obras P\u00fablicas, Eduardo Estrella<\/strong>, y de los ingenieros responsables, y se declar\u00f3 satisfecho con el <strong>avance, el m\u00e9todo constructivo y las medidas de seguridad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ingenier\u00eda del proyecto tambi\u00e9n tiene su protagonista: una <strong>m\u00e1quina fresadora especializada<\/strong> perfora el subsuelo para abrir paso a la <strong>galer\u00eda que transportar\u00e1 las aguas pluviales<\/strong> hacia su descarga en el <strong>\u00e1rea de Manresa<\/strong>, con uso destinado <strong>exclusivamente al manejo pluvial, no residual<\/strong>. El <strong>ministro Estrella<\/strong> detall\u00f3 que el conducto central de gran di\u00e1metro mejorar\u00e1 el drenaje de la Luper\u00f3n y <strong>conectar\u00e1 sectores aleda\u00f1os, incluidos puntos de Herrera y la avenida Anacaona<\/strong>, con varios <strong>frentes de trabajo simult\u00e1neos<\/strong> para agilizar la obra \u2014aunque el plazo final depender\u00e1 de <strong>las condiciones del terreno en las excavaciones<\/strong>\u2014.
