Paduch fue acusado entonces de&nbsp;manosear a menores de edad y a varones adultos&nbsp;bajo el pretexto de recibir tratamiento m\u00e9dico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esos a\u00f1os Paduch trabaj\u00f3 en el NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center y en Northwell Health. Un grupo de&nbsp;28 nuevas demandas&nbsp;fueron presentadas el lunes en la&nbsp;Corte Suprema de Manhattan&nbsp;contra esas dos instituciones m\u00e9dicas involucrando a m\u00e1s ex pacientes que dicen que el m\u00e9dico los agredi\u00f3 sexualmente y que&nbsp;los hospitales fueron negligentes al permitir que ocurrieran los incidentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hospitales \u201csab\u00edan o deber\u00edan haber sabido que el Dr. Paduch podr\u00eda usar su posici\u00f3n como empleado\u2026 para abusar sexualmente de sus pacientes\u201d, alegan las demandas.
