{"id":41706,"date":"2023-10-30T17:51:08","date_gmt":"2023-10-30T21:51:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/romanticany.com\/?p=41706"},"modified":"2023-10-30T17:51:08","modified_gmt":"2023-10-30T21:51:08","slug":"__trashed-2108","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/romanticany.com\/?p=41706","title":{"rendered":"Recomendaciones alimentarias para reducir el colesterol"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Un experto de la Universidad de Toronto propone cuatro tipos de alimentos para reducir el colesterol, aclara que no se trata de una dieta para bajar de peso, sino de un portafolio alimenticio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El experto en nutrici\u00f3n de la Universidad de Toronto, David Jenkins, creador de la \u201cPortfolio Diet\u201d explica que m\u00e1s que una dieta, se trata de una inversi\u00f3n para reducir el colesterol, por lo que considera que se trata de portafolio diet\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jenkins, junto a otros investigadores, coinciden en afirmar que \u201cahora podemos decir que es una cartera diet\u00e9tica de alimentos que reducen el colesterol\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un portafolio alimenticio, que aspiran \u201cdecir m\u00e1s adelante que es una cartera de alimentos que reducen el riesgo card\u00edaco. Y tal vez alg\u00fan d\u00eda podamos decir que tambi\u00e9n reduce el riesgo de c\u00e1ncer y diabetes\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aclara que no se trata es una dieta para bajar de peso, sino un plan de alimentaci\u00f3n que permite reducir el colesterol, indica WebMd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El portafolio diet\u00e9tico pone \u00e9nfasis en ver el beneficio de los alimentos y sus combinaciones. \u201cQueremos que la gente observe las combinaciones de alimentos (en dietas reales, para personas reales en el mundo real) que producir\u00e1n, como en el mundo financiero, una serie de beneficios compensados \u200b\u200bcon la reducci\u00f3n de una serie de riesgos\u201d, dice Jenkins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para reducir el colesterol, la dieta del portafolio, propone cuatro tipos de alimentos: prote\u00edna vegetal, fibra, nueces y esteroles vegetales, pues todos estos alimentos mejoran la presi\u00f3n arterial y reduce el colesterol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El men\u00fa ideal de esta dieta contiene: 42 gramos de frutos secos, 20 gramos de fibra soluble, que se puede encontrar en alimentos como la avena; 50 gramos de prote\u00edna vegetal, presente en legumbres y 2 gramos de fitoesteroles, se puede consumir a trav\u00e9s de alimentos como las semillas de calabaza, soya y arroz integral o a trav\u00e9s de suplementos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La dieta de cartera incluye frutos secos, ayudan a reducir el colesterol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consumo de fibra soluble, presentes en la avena, la cebada y en verduras como la berenjena y la okra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consumir esteroles vegetales, que tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n disponibles en forma de c\u00e1psulas como suplementos diet\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n recomienda sustituir la carne por alimentos a base de soja. \u201cEstamos buscando sustitutos de la carne a base de soya, como hamburguesas de soya, hot dogs de soya y embutidos de soya\u201d, dice Jenkins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por Miyeilis Flores<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un experto de la Universidad de Toronto propone cuatro tipos de alimentos para reducir el colesterol, aclara que no se trata de una dieta para bajar de peso, sino de un portafolio alimenticio.
