Un grupo h\u00fangaro, que en el diario denominan como \u00abholding familiar de Hungr\u00eda\u00bb, quiere lanzar una OPA para hacerse con la totalidad de las acciones de Talgo.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La noticia cay\u00f3 como una bomba en la Bolsa y, de hecho, la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) decidi\u00f3 suspender la cotizaci\u00f3n de la compa\u00f1\u00eda temporalmente ante el nuevo proceso que se abre. Desde que se publicara la informaci\u00f3n, la acci\u00f3n de Talgo lleg\u00f3 a subir un 17%, alcanzando un m\u00e1ximo de 4,57 euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n publicada, la oferta del grupo h\u00fangaro pone sobre la mesa la posibilidad de hacerse con todas las acciones de la compa\u00f1\u00eda a un precio de cinco euros\/acci\u00f3n. Es una cantidad un 27,5% superior a los 3,915 euros a los que cotizaba al cierre del mi\u00e9rcoles. Con esta oferta, la compa\u00f1\u00eda estar\u00eda valorada en 617 millones de euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quien tuviera acciones en Talgo puede ver muy rentabilizada su inversi\u00f3n pues en lo que va de a\u00f1o han aumentado su valor en un 38% y hasta un 50% si miramos a cu\u00e1nto costaban 12 meses atr\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En estos momentos, la mayor parte de la compa\u00f1\u00eda la controla Trilantic, que a trav\u00e9s de la sociedad Pegaso Transportation International SCA mantiene el 40,03% del capital. Esta compa\u00f1\u00eda hace tiempo que busca salir del consejo de administraci\u00f3n de Talgo y, con la valoraci\u00f3n, sus acciones tendr\u00edan un valor de unos 200 millones de euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El resto del consejo est\u00e1 formado por la firma de inversi\u00f3n Torrblas (5,03%), la aseguradora Santa Luc\u00eda (2,96%) y socios minoritarios como Amundi (2,05%), Santander Asset Management (1,86%) o Norges Bank (1%). El capital negociado en el mercado es del 51,47%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Buen momento para la compa\u00f1\u00eda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La posible compra de Talgo llegar\u00eda despu\u00e9s de que se hayan firmado algunos de los acuerdos m\u00e1s importantes de su historia. Esta misma semana anunci\u00f3 un aumento de su EBITDA (beneficios antes de intereses, impuestos, depreciaciones y amortizaciones) del 68% para final de a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los motivos para lanzar estas previsiones est\u00e1n los contratos que Talgo ha firmado recientemente con la danesa DSB (Danske Statsbaner) para el suministro de ocho nuevos trenes intercity Talgo 230 o la alemana DB (Deutsche Bahn), con quienes ha firmado el mayor pedido de su historia: 56 nuevos trenes Talgo 230 por importe de unos 1.400 millones de euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son muy buenas noticias despu\u00e9s de un 2022 en el que redujo su beneficio un 95%, quedando en 1,4 millones, despu\u00e9s de sufrir importantes aumentos en los costes de producci\u00f3n y escasez en los suministros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ALBERTO DE LA TORRE<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Adelantado por La Informaci\u00f3n, primero, y confirmado por Talgo unas horas despu\u00e9s.
