Esta obra cuenta tambi\u00e9n con la m\u00fasica de grandes leyendas del teatro musical como John Kander y Fred Ebb as\u00ed como el libreto musical de Terrence McNally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La obra de Puig contar\u00e1 con la direcci\u00f3n de una voz autorizada del musical como lo es Bill Condon, quien obtuvo gran reconocimiento por su trabajo en \u201cDreamgirls\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfDe qu\u00e9 trata Kiss of the Spider Woman?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar de que a\u00fan no se ha revelado la trama exacta de la adaptaci\u00f3n f\u00edlmica, podemos obtener un panorama de la cinta gracias al musical de Broadway, el cual est\u00e1 ambientado en una prisi\u00f3n argentina en 1981. En la historia, Luis Molina es un peluquero gay que cumple una condena de 8 a\u00f1os debido a que supuestamente corrompi\u00f3 a un menor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como forma de escape, Molina empieza a imaginar a una mujer llamada Aurora, quien es recreada por Luis como una diva cl\u00e1sica del cine quien protagoniza un gran n\u00famero de pel\u00edculas, incluida la historia de la mujer ara\u00f1a que mata a su presa con un beso. La vida de Molina cambia cuando llega a su celda el marxista Valent\u00edn Arregui, con quien forma un gran v\u00ednculo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A falta de una confirmaci\u00f3n oficial, Jennifer L\u00f3pez interpretar\u00e1 el papel de la mujer imaginaria de Molina, Aurora, gracias a su gran experiencia y trayectoria como cantante y bailarina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recordar que a\u00fan no se ha confirmado si la cinta se convertir\u00e1 en una adaptaci\u00f3n directa de la novela o tomar\u00e1 al musical de Broadway como punto de partida. De igual manera, es importante mencionar que esta no es la primera vez que se adapta la obra de Puig. Esto sucedi\u00f3 con anterioridad en 1985 gracias al trabajo del director H\u00e9ctor Babenco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cinta, la cual obtuvo grandes cr\u00edticas y elogios por parte del p\u00fablico y los expertos, cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de William Hurt, quien gan\u00f3 el Oscar a Mejor Actor por su actuaci\u00f3n de Luis Molina. En tanto, la obra de Broadway obtuvo 7 premios Tony as\u00ed como sendos reconocimientos para sus principales protagonistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00fan en etapa de desarrollo, \u201cKiss of the Spider Woman\u201d cuenta con financiamiento independiente adem\u00e1s de encontrarse en b\u00fasqueda de su protagonista.
