Hab\u00eda huido a Pensilvania y all\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n sigui\u00f3 cometiendo delitos.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kenyon Nesbitt, ex convicto y delincuente sexual registrado que cumpli\u00f3 tres condenas en prisi\u00f3n, fue arrestado ahora como sospechoso de dispararle fatalmente a un hombre en la cabeza durante una transacci\u00f3n fallida de drogas en Queens (NYC) hace un a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los detectives de la polic\u00eda de Nueva York arrestaron a Kenyon Nesbitt (44) el mi\u00e9rcoles despu\u00e9s de que fuera extraditado a Nueva York desde Pensilvania, donde se encontraba en prisi\u00f3n por otro delito no relacionado, destac\u00f3 Daily News.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nesbitt ahora enfrenta cargos por el homicidio armado de Kenneth Murphy, de 35 a\u00f1os, quien estaba sentado en un Nissan Altima estacionado cerca de la intersecci\u00f3n de Sutphin Blvd. cerca de Tuskegee Airmen Way en el vecindario Jamaica el 27 de diciembre de 2022, cuando fue baleado en la cabeza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los polic\u00edas creen que Nesbitt y Murphy estaban en medio de una transacci\u00f3n de drogas cuando ocurri\u00f3 el tiroteo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El pistolero sospechoso fue identificado m\u00e1s tarde como Nesbitt, quien en ese momento resid\u00eda en Brooklyn, pero hab\u00eda huido a Lancaster (Pensilvania), donde ser\u00eda arrestado por un delito no relacionado pocos d\u00edas despu\u00e9s y sentenciado a prisi\u00f3n. La informaci\u00f3n sobre ese caso no estuvo disponible de inmediato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando los detectives ubicaron a Nesbitt en la Instituci\u00f3n Correccional Estatal de Pensilvania en Huntingdon comenzaron el proceso de extradici\u00f3n para traerlo de vuelta a Nueva York.
