Enfrenta cargos que incluyen dos cargos de abuso sexual, intento de abuso sexual e intento de violaci\u00f3n, de acuerdo con lo que dicen la denuncia penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un juez del tribunal penal de Manhattan orden\u00f3 al hispano que quedara tras las rejas con una fianza de $50,000 d\u00f3lares en efectivo o una fianza de $75,000 d\u00f3lares en la lectura de cargo el viernes, seg\u00fan los registros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el primer ataque, Marrero se enfoc\u00f3 ese mismo d\u00eda a las 10:10 de ma\u00f1ana en una mujer, de 21 a\u00f1os, que se encontraba en el metro, se le qued\u00f3 mirando fijamente y posteriormente la sigui\u00f3 a la vez que hac\u00eda transbordo y finalmente sali\u00f3 en la estaci\u00f3n de Union Square, se lee en los documentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras la mujer caminaba desde la estaci\u00f3n hacia E. 16th St. y Fifth Avenue, Marrero la tom\u00f3 del brazo a un callej\u00f3n lejano, explic\u00f3 la polic\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La v\u00edctima en cuesti\u00f3n logr\u00f3 huir del hombre y corri\u00f3 por la Quinta Avenida, manifestaron los funcionarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poco menos de las dos horas del primer ataque, cerca de las 12:00 del mediod\u00eda, el hispano eligi\u00f3 a su segunda v\u00edctima a dos cuadras de distancia, en E.14th St. y Fifth Ave., dijo la polic\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando la nueva v\u00edctima entr\u00f3 al ba\u00f1o de un negocio cercano a la intersecci\u00f3n, Marrero entr\u00f3 detr\u00e1s de la mujer, le empuj\u00f3 la cara contra la puerta antes de intentar quitarle los pantalones, expresaron los funcionarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mujer logr\u00f3 escapar del ba\u00f1o y el hispano se dio a la fuga, inform\u00f3 Daily News.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cerca de las 2:00 de la tarde, Marrero se centr\u00f3 en una tercera v\u00edctima, de 24 a\u00f1os, dentro de un edificio de apartamentos en E. 18th St. First Ave. en Stuyvesant Town, el gran complejo residencial al este de Union Square.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hispano tomo la mujer por la cintura desde la espalda y la oblig\u00f3 a ponerse de cara a una pared antes de que frotara su ingle contra sus gl\u00fateos. La v\u00edctima grit\u00f3, lo que hizo que un peat\u00f3n se acercara a ambos y Marrero escap\u00f3 del sitio, se\u00f1al\u00f3 NYPD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ninguna de las mujeres result\u00f3 herida durante los hechos, manifestaron las autoridades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hispano fue detenido en tres ocasiones en un lapso de dos semanas en julio de 2023 por cargos de agresi\u00f3n y conducta criminal.
