Seg\u00fan NYPD, Lima Arteaga es un residente de Elizabeth (Nueva Jersey) y estaba tras el volante de una camioneta negra BMW X6 conduciendo a alta velocidad y en zig zag en sentido este por la 37th Ave. en Jackson Heights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Justo antes de las 6:45 a.m. el auto cruz\u00f3 la avenida tan r\u00e1pido que una mujer que hablaba por tel\u00e9fono salt\u00f3, detall\u00f3 Daily News tras analizar un video de vigilancia. Luego el conductor golpe\u00f3 a Contreras en 90th St y huy\u00f3 hacia el sur por la calle 92.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Param\u00e9dicos llevaron a la v\u00edctima al Elmhurst Hospital Center, pero no pudieron salvarla. La polic\u00eda public\u00f3 el martes im\u00e1genes de Lima Arteaga, en procura de su captura.
