Fue atrapado esta semana por alguaciles estadounidenses y tra\u00eddo de regres\u00f3 a Nueva York el jueves, dijo NYPD. Fue acusado de homicidio y posesi\u00f3n de armas en la muerte de Erni Garc\u00eda, de 24 a\u00f1os, baleado la noche del 11 de julio de 2022, record\u00f3 Daily News.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La polic\u00eda dijo que Garc\u00eda estaba parado frente a una bodega en Sherman Ave. y W. 204th St. en Inwood cuando un BMW blanco se detuvo. Un hombre armado sali\u00f3 y dispar\u00f3 varios veces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl pistolero llevaba una m\u00e1scara [quir\u00fargica] y un abrigo de invierno resistente\u201d, a pesar de que era verano, dijo un testigo que no quiso ser identificado. \u201cLo vi meter la mano dentro y sacar su arma de fuego\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agentes de polic\u00eda estuvieron bombeando el pecho de la v\u00edctima antes de que los param\u00e9dicos lo llevaran de urgencia al Hospital St. Barnabas, donde muri\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El BMW huy\u00f3 despu\u00e9s del tiroteo, pero la polic\u00eda dijo que un video y los relatos de los testigos ayudaron a identificar al pistolero.
