{"id":48251,"date":"2024-02-20T13:03:33","date_gmt":"2024-02-20T17:03:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/romanticany.com\/?p=48251"},"modified":"2024-02-20T13:03:33","modified_gmt":"2024-02-20T17:03:33","slug":"un-hispano-mato-a-otro-con-su-auto-y-huyo-porque-no-tenia-seguro-atroz-confesion-en-nueva-york","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/romanticany.com\/?p=48251","title":{"rendered":"Un hispano mat\u00f3 a otro con su auto y huy\u00f3 \u201cporque no ten\u00eda seguro\u201d: atroz confesi\u00f3n en Nueva York"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Un joven conductor hispano admiti\u00f3 que huy\u00f3 de la escena donde arroll\u00f3 mortalmente a William Cruz (35) en El Bronx (NYC) porque ten\u00eda miedo de ser atrapado sin seguro de autom\u00f3vil.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emilio Galv\u00e1n admiti\u00f3 que huy\u00f3 de la escena donde arroll\u00f3 mortalmente a William Cruz en El Bronx (NYC) porque ten\u00eda miedo de ser atrapado sin seguro de autom\u00f3vil, seg\u00fan denunciaron los fiscales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la polic\u00eda, la tragedia sucedi\u00f3 alrededor de las 7:40 p.m. del viernes cuando Cruz (35) conduc\u00eda una patineta scooter de dos ruedas a gasolina, se dirig\u00eda hacia el sur por Park Ave. en Belmont y fue chocado por un sed\u00e1n negro que iba en direcci\u00f3n este por E. 183rd St. Al huir, Galv\u00e1n abandon\u00f3 su auto Dodge Charger color morado y se dirigi\u00f3 a casa de su madre, seg\u00fan la acusaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Galv\u00e1n, de 25 a\u00f1os y residente en la secci\u00f3n Norwood de El Bronx, admiti\u00f3 haberse huido a casa sin llamar al 911. \u201cSentimos un estruendo cerca de la puerta trasera del lado del conductor\u201d, dijo a la polic\u00eda. \u201cS\u00e9 que algo me golpe\u00f3\u2026 No ten\u00eda seguro as\u00ed que nos fuimos\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3, seg\u00fan la denuncia penal en su contra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al d\u00eda siguiente intent\u00f3 recuperar su auto abandonado y fue entonces cuando la polic\u00eda se abalanz\u00f3 sobre \u00e9l y lo arrest\u00f3 el s\u00e1bado, dijeron las autoridades. Fue acusado de abandonar la escena de un accidente fatal. \u201cTom\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n consciente de irse\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el fiscal asistente de distrito Madison Reid en la comparecencia ante el Tribunal Penal del Bronx el domingo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El juez Jeffrey Rosenbleuth orden\u00f3 su puesta en libertad supervisada para ayudar a garantizar a que regrese a la corte el 1 de abril.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los servicios de emergencias m\u00e9dicas llevaron a Cruz al Hospital St. Barnabas, pero no pudieron salvarlo.
