Este 2024 en su primera temporada desde el inicio, el dominicano sigue dando de que hablar con sus excelentes cualidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanto as\u00ed que el pasado lunes en el primer encuentro de la serie entre Reds y Brewers, el joven campocorto hizo algo nunca antes visto en toda la historia de las Grandes Ligas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La haza\u00f1a empez\u00f3 en la parte baja del quinto inning cuando De La Cruz conect\u00f3 su primer cuadrangular de la temporada con un batazo por todo el jard\u00edn central ante los env\u00edos de J.B. Bukauskas, que pon\u00eda el marcador 9-3 para los Reds en ese momento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego en el s\u00e9ptimo episodio De La Cruz complet\u00f3 su hist\u00f3rico r\u00e9cord al conectar una l\u00ednea al jard\u00edn central, que con su gran velocidad, termin\u00f3 transformando en un jonr\u00f3n dentro del parque para la d\u00e9cima carrera de su equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y es que este \u201cback to back\u201d de jonrones en un mismo encuentro, uno tras la barda y otro dentro del campo, es la primera vez que un jugador lo logra en Grandes Ligas. Por lo que Elly De La Cruz pasa a ser el primer jugador en lograr un jonr\u00f3n dentro del campo y otro tras la barda en un mismo juego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s el dominicano de 22 a\u00f1os se rob\u00f3 una base durante el encuentro. Lo que deja su cuenta en seis estafadas en lo que va de temporada, una habilidad destacable de su gran velocidad, pues el a\u00f1o pasado en solo 98 partidos estaf\u00f3 35 almohadillas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La bala De La Cruz a m\u00e1s de 30 kil\u00f3metros por hora<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elly De La Cruz no se cansa de sorprender y m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del r\u00e9cord impuesto esa noche. Su jonr\u00f3n dentro del campo tambi\u00e9n dej\u00f3 un impresionante registro para el dominicano, que deja en evidencia su incre\u00edble velocidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y es que De La Cruz corri\u00f3 todas las almohadillas del campo en tan solo 14.9 segundos.
