{"id":52451,"date":"2024-04-19T13:09:16","date_gmt":"2024-04-19T17:09:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/romanticany.com\/?p=52451"},"modified":"2024-04-19T13:09:16","modified_gmt":"2024-04-19T17:09:16","slug":"rd-fiscalia-de-constanza-es-militarizada-por-audiencia-a-implicados-en-muerte-de-francisco-ortiz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/romanticany.com\/?p=52451","title":{"rendered":"RD: Fiscal\u00eda de Constanza es militarizada por audiencia a implicados en muerte de Francisco Ortiz"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Varios familiares, amigos y allegados del hoy fenecido protector del medio ambiente, se mantienes en las afueras de la esa fiscal\u00eda en clamor a que se haga justicia por el caso.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Tribunal de Atenci\u00f3n Permanente del distrito judicial de Constanza conoce este viernes la medida de coerci\u00f3n contra Reynaldo Cruz y Andy Payano (El Guardia), acusados de ultimar al agricultor Francisco Ortiz, en un hecho ocurrido el pasado en el distrito municipal de Tireo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pasado martes, el fiscal de ese distrito judicial, Miguel Collado Marte, aplaz\u00f3 el conocimiento de las medidas para este viernes, al tiempo de indicar que el Ministerio P\u00fablico (MP) est\u00e1 preparado para demostrar en base a los elementos de pruebas que ambos deben recibir prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La zona de la fiscal\u00eda se encuentra totalmente militarizada, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n el r\u00edo Tireo donde habr\u00eda sucedi\u00f3 la muerte de Ortiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Varios familiares, amigos y allegados del hoy fenecido protector del medio ambiente, se mantiene en las afueras de la fiscal\u00eda en clamor a que se haga justicia por el caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se recuerda que Francisco Ortiz se opon\u00eda a la extracci\u00f3n de arena en el r\u00edo Tireo, donde fue localizado el tractor que este dej\u00f3 para evitar que supuestos desaprensivos continuar\u00e1n afectando el afluente h\u00eddrico.
