Santos Toribio de 23 a\u00f1os de edad que era buscado por intento de asesinato contra mujer en Paterson (Nueva Jersey) , cuya relaci\u00f3n entre \u00e9l y la v\u00edctima se desconoce, fue capturado a mediados de abril mientras se escond\u00eda y es acusado por varios cargos criminales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Santos Toribio quien reside en la ciudad de &nbsp;East Orange, Nueva Jersey fue arrestado por la Unidad de Fugitivos de la Polic\u00eda Estatal de Nueva Jersey y el Grupo de Trabajo Regional contra Fugitivos de Nueva York\/Nueva Jersey del Servicio de Alguaciles de los Estados Unidos (US Marshalls) por el ataque a tiros a la mujer &nbsp;el d\u00eda de A\u00f1o Nuevo en Paterson, explic\u00f3 la Oficina del Fiscal del Condado de Passaic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es &nbsp;acusado de agresi\u00f3n agravada en segundo grado, agresi\u00f3n agravada en tercer grado, posesi\u00f3n ilegal de un arma en segundo grado y posesi\u00f3n en segundo grado de un arma con un fin il\u00edcito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan los investigadores, le dispar\u00f3 a la mujer que vive en Prospect Park de 25 a\u00f1os en el \u00e1rea de las calles Market y &nbsp;33 Este en Paterson el 1 de enero 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fue impactada por una de las balas pero sobrevivi\u00f3 al atentado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las autoridades determinaron que Santos Toribio fue responsable del tiroteo despu\u00e9s de su investigaci\u00f3n sobre el incidente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El dominicano podr\u00eda enfrentar d\u00e9cadas de prisi\u00f3n si es declarado culpable de los cargos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PIE DE FOTO<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NUEVA YORK._ El fugitivo dominicano Eudys T.
