{"id":55588,"date":"2024-06-11T14:27:08","date_gmt":"2024-06-11T18:27:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/romanticany.com\/?p=55588"},"modified":"2024-06-11T14:27:08","modified_gmt":"2024-06-11T18:27:08","slug":"alcalde-adams-dice-new-york-esta-saturada-de-inmigrantes-hay-miles-de-dominicanos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/romanticany.com\/?p=55588","title":{"rendered":"Alcalde Adams dice New York est\u00e1 saturada de inmigrantes; hay miles de dominicanos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>NUEVA YORK.- \u201cLa ciudad de Nueva York est\u00e1 saturada de inmigrantes, ha recibido a unos 200.000 en los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os, y se le ha dado albergue y otros servicios\u201d, de acuerdo con el alcalde Eric Adams.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre esos inmigrantes figuran miles de dominicanos, no en busca de asilo pol\u00edtico, sino en busca de residir legalmente en el futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adams destac\u00f3 recientemente que NYC ha recibido m\u00e1s inmigrantes \u00abque cualquier otra ciudad\u00bb de USA, desde que el gobernador republicano de Texas, Greg Abbott, comenz\u00f3 a enviar autobuses llenos con inmigrantes que acababan de cruzar la frontera, en protesta por la pol\u00edtica migratoria del presidente dem\u00f3crata Joe Biden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De ese total, m\u00e1s de 65.000 a\u00fan est\u00e1n en el sistema de albergues p\u00fablicos, estad\u00eda que la administraci\u00f3n Adams tiene ahora limitada a 30 d\u00edas para solteros y 60 para familias con ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debido al flujo, que a\u00fan contin\u00faa porque la semana pasada llegaron 1.200, la ciudad se ha visto obligada a alquilar hoteles y levantar carpas gigantes en distintos lugares de la Gran Manzana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NYC como ciudad santuario est\u00e1 obligada a dar albergue a quien lo solicite por una orden del tribunal; les provee, adem\u00e1s, comida, servicios m\u00e9dicos, educaci\u00f3n para los ni\u00f1os y asistencia legal para solicitar asilo y permisos de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente Biden suspendi\u00f3 la entrada a Estados Unidos de los inmigrantes que crucen ilegalmente la frontera sur.
