{"id":58070,"date":"2024-07-10T13:36:37","date_gmt":"2024-07-10T17:36:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/romanticany.com\/?p=58070"},"modified":"2024-07-10T13:36:37","modified_gmt":"2024-07-10T17:36:37","slug":"un-acuerdo-entre-estados-unidos-y-mexico-sobre-acero-y-aluminio-bloquea-el-paso-a-china","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/romanticany.com\/?p=58070","title":{"rendered":"Un acuerdo entre Estados Unidos y M\u00e9xico sobre acero y aluminio bloquea el paso a China"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Tras nuevos aranceles al acero y aluminio de China, Estados Unidos lograron un acuerdo para bloquear al Gigante Asi\u00e1tico en el marco del T-MEC.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estados Unidos y M\u00e9xico lograron un nuevo acuerdo, a fin de evitar que China y otros pa\u00edses evadan aranceles estadaounidenses para la importaci\u00f3n de acero y aluminio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHoy Estados Unidos y M\u00e9xico anuncian importantes acciones conjuntas para prevenir la evasi\u00f3n arancelaria sobre el acero y el aluminio, as\u00ed como fortalecer las cadenas de suministro de acero y aluminio de Am\u00e9rica del Norte\u201d, adelant\u00f3 el gobierno del presidente Joe Biden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los gobiernos del presidente Biden y del mandatario de M\u00e9xico, Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, lograron un acuerdo, luego de varios meses de negociaciones, tras quejas de EE.UU. en el marco del Tratado M\u00e9xico-Estados Unidos-Canad\u00e1 (T-MEC o USMCA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Administraci\u00f3n Biden hab\u00eda impuesto nuevos aranceles al acero y aluminio a China, como parte de su estrategia de impulso a productos nacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSeg\u00fan estos requisitos, para ingresar a los Estados Unidos libres de los aranceles de la Secci\u00f3n 232, las importaciones de acero de M\u00e9xico deben ser fundidas y vertidas en M\u00e9xico, Estados Unidos o Canad\u00e1, mientras que las importaciones de aluminio de M\u00e9xico no deben contener aluminio primario fundido o fundido en Bielorrusia, China, Ir\u00e1n o Rusia\u201d, se acota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Representante Comercial de EE.UU., Katherine Tai, celebr\u00f3 los acuerdos y defendi\u00f3 que las acciones proteger\u00e1n los mercados mexicano y estadounidense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl anuncio de hoy es una buena noticia para las industrias del acero y el aluminio de Estados Unidos y M\u00e9xico, las comunidades que apoyan y, lo m\u00e1s importante, para nuestros trabajadores del acero y el aluminio\u201d, dijo. \u201cEstas acciones conjuntas con M\u00e9xico ayudar\u00e1n a garantizar la viabilidad a largo plazo de nuestras industrias del acero y el aluminio y la entereza de la integraci\u00f3n del mercado del acero y el aluminio en Am\u00e9rica del Norte\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Administraci\u00f3n Biden destaca que el acuerdo tiene una base en su estrategia de seguridad nacional, pero tambi\u00e9n en la protecci\u00f3n de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLos trabajadores y las empresas estadounidenses (incluidas las de las industrias del acero y el aluminio) pueden superar a cualquiera, siempre que tengan una competencia justa, pero las pol\u00edticas y pr\u00e1cticas fuera de mercado de la Rep\u00fablica Popular China (RPC) son todo, menos justas y han conducido a la crisis global de exceso de capacidad\u201d, indica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEstados Unidos implementar\u00e1 requisitos de fusi\u00f3n y vertido y de fundici\u00f3n, respectivamente, para las importaciones de acero y aluminio de M\u00e9xico\u201d, indican los lineamientos del acuerdo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n los productos de Bielorrusia, Ir\u00e1n y Rusia tambi\u00e9n son parte del acuerdo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Diario<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tras nuevos aranceles al acero y aluminio de China, Estados Unidos lograron un acuerdo para bloquear al Gigante Asi\u00e1tico en el marco del T-MEC.
