En total, pasan de 4.000 los vuelos cancelados en cuatro d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Buttigieg anim\u00f3 a los pasajeros afectados a dirigir sus quejas a la propia compa\u00f1\u00eda, pero a\u00f1adi\u00f3 en su mensaje: \u00abQueremos escuchar a los pasajeros que creen que Delta no ha cumplido con los requisitos de protecci\u00f3n al pasajero del DOT\u00bb, y advirti\u00f3: \u00abVamos a hacer un seguimiento\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasta el momento, Delta no ha respondido al anuncio del secretario de Estado, pero ya el lunes en la tarde emiti\u00f3 un comunicado en el que atribu\u00eda los retrasos y cancelaciones a que hab\u00edan tenido que recurrir a reparaciones manuales en las aplicaciones afectadas y la sincronizaci\u00f3n entre ellas en un sistema \u00abenormemente complicado\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLos equipos de Delta trabajan sin descanso para ocuparse de nuestros clientes\u00bb, a\u00f1ad\u00eda el comunicado, y detallaba las distintas alternativas que ofrec\u00edan: reembolso de gastos, reprogramaci\u00f3n de vuelos y oferta de millas como compensaci\u00f3n, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Delta es una de las cuatro grandes aerol\u00edneas de EE.UU., junto con American, United y Southwest, pero ninguna de las otras ha sufrido las interrupciones de Delta en los pasados d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AGENCIA EFE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nueva York<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Delta es una de las cuatro grandes aerol\u00edneas de EE.UU., junto con American, United y Southwest.
