{"id":59664,"date":"2024-07-29T18:35:25","date_gmt":"2024-07-29T22:35:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/romanticany.com\/?p=59664"},"modified":"2024-07-29T18:35:25","modified_gmt":"2024-07-29T22:35:25","slug":"rd-condenan-hombre-mato-vecino-porque-se-nego-a-administrarle-propiedad-en-sde","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/romanticany.com\/?p=59664","title":{"rendered":"RD: Condenan hombre mat\u00f3 vecino porque se neg\u00f3 a administrarle propiedad en SDE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Santo Domingo Este .- El Ministerio P\u00fablico de Santo Domingo Este y Norte logr\u00f3 que un tribunal de esta jurisdicci\u00f3n condenara a la pena m\u00e1xima de 30 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n a un hombre que le quit\u00f3 la vida a un vecino al propinarle varios disparos, por \u00e9ste negarse a administrarle una propiedad, en un hecho ocurrido en el a\u00f1o 2023, en el sector Respaldo Villa Carmen, de este municipio.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La condena le fue impuesta a Pedro Pablo Aza Cabrera, por el Primer Tribunal Colegiado de esta jurisdicci\u00f3n, que preside la jueza Elizabeth Esperanza Rodr\u00edguez Espinal, e integran Flor E. Batista Polo y Jos\u00e9 Leonel Asencio Quezada (miembros).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aza Cabrera fue hallado culpable de provocarle la muerte a causa de heridas de arma de fuego a Felipe Emilio Lacrespeaurx.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El expediente instrumentado por la fiscal investigadora Dahiana E. Castillo, revela que el hecho ocurri\u00f3 porque Aza Cabrera le pidi\u00f3 a Lacrespeaurx que le administrara una propiedad, petici\u00f3n a la que la v\u00edctima se neg\u00f3, provocando que el hoy procesado se disgustara y empezara a planificar su muerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hecho ocurri\u00f3 el 5 de abril de 2023, alrededor de las 9:15 de la noche, mientras la v\u00edctima buscaba el tanque de gas de su veh\u00edculo para llevarlo a su vivienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando Lacrespeaurx se dirig\u00eda a su veh\u00edculo una hija que le acompa\u00f1aba en la vivienda escuch\u00f3 varios disparos, por lo que sali\u00f3 corriendo para ver lo que pasaba, siendo en esas circunstancias que encontr\u00f3 a su padre ensangrentado, tirado en el pavimento, y al hoy procesado con un arma de fuego en la mano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de cometer el crimen, el victimario intent\u00f3 huir del lugar, siendo perseguido por una multitud que lo entreg\u00f3 a las autoridades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el juicio, el Ministerio P\u00fablico, representado por el fiscal litigante Felipe Cuevas, present\u00f3 al tribunal elementos probatorios que demuestran la responsabilidad penal de Aza Cabrera en el caso por el que fue acusado de violar los art\u00edculos, 296, 297 y 302 del C\u00f3digo Penal Dominicano, que tipifican y sancionan el homicidio con premeditaci\u00f3n y asechanza, y los art\u00edculos 66 y 67 de la Ley 631-16 para el Control y Regulaci\u00f3n de Armas, Municiones y Materiales Relacionados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los jueces determinaron que la condena deber\u00e1 ser cumplida en el Centro de
