Levy, informa que Santos Ocasio, de 44 a\u00f1os de edad fue sentenciado por el juez federal &nbsp;Leo T. Sorokin a seis a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n, seguido de cinco a\u00f1os de libertad supervisada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estar\u00e1 sujeto a deportaci\u00f3n al finalizar su sentencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fiscal\u00eda dice que en octubre de 2023, Santos Ocasio se declar\u00f3 culpable de un cargo de distribuci\u00f3n y posesi\u00f3n con la intenci\u00f3n de distribuir 40 gramos o m\u00e1s de fentanilo y reingreso ilegal de extranjeros deportados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En octubre de 2007 fue arrestado en El Bronx, Nueva York por conspiraci\u00f3n de distribuci\u00f3n de hero\u00edna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En noviembre de 2008 se declar\u00f3 culpable en la corte federal del Distrito Este en Brooklyn (Nueva York) y fue sentenciado a 37 meses de prisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fue deportado de los Estados Unidos al finalizar su sentencia en el verano de 2010.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alg\u00fan tiempo despu\u00e9s de su expulsi\u00f3n, Santos Ocasio volvi\u00f3 a entrar en los Estados Unidos ilegalmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En noviembre de 2022 fue arrestado en Lawrence, Massachusetts por volver a ingresar a los Estados Unidos sin autorizaci\u00f3n.
