{"id":60093,"date":"2024-08-05T14:21:22","date_gmt":"2024-08-05T18:21:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/romanticany.com\/?p=60093"},"modified":"2024-08-05T14:21:22","modified_gmt":"2024-08-05T18:21:22","slug":"cementos-progreso-compra-operaciones-de-cemex-en-rd-y-haiti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/romanticany.com\/?p=60093","title":{"rendered":"Cementos Progreso compra operaciones de CEMEX en RD y Hait\u00ed"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Cementos Progreso Holdings, S.L. anunci\u00f3 este lunes la firma de un acuerdo para adquirir el 100% de la operaciones de la empresa Cemex en Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, as\u00ed como sus negocios de exportaci\u00f3n a Hait\u00ed, a trav\u00e9s de sus subsidiarias y en conjunto con socios estrat\u00e9gicos dominicanos y regionales.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo a un comunicado difundido por la empresa, la operaci\u00f3n en Rep\u00fablica Dominicana es la m\u00e1s importante del Caribe y consiste principalmente en una planta de cemento con dos l\u00edneas de producci\u00f3n integradas y activos relacionados de cemento, concreto y agregados, y terminales mar\u00edtimas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNos entusiasma continuar materializando nuestra estrategia de expansi\u00f3n, lo cual nos compromete mucho m\u00e1s con el desarrollo de los pa\u00edses donde operamos.
