{"id":60111,"date":"2024-08-05T17:06:19","date_gmt":"2024-08-05T21:06:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/romanticany.com\/?p=60111"},"modified":"2024-08-05T17:06:19","modified_gmt":"2024-08-05T21:06:19","slug":"rd-luis-abinader-entrega-obras-en-santo-domingo-y-boca-chica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/romanticany.com\/?p=60111","title":{"rendered":"RD: Luis Abinader entrega obras en Santo Domingo y Boca Chica"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Un edificio para la JAC, apartamentos en San Luis y calles asfaltadas.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente Luis Abinader inaugur\u00f3 tres obras y dio el primer palazo para comenzar otras dos en el Distrito Nacional, Santo Domingo y Boca Chica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mandatario comenz\u00f3 su agenda del domingo iniciando la construcci\u00f3n de 18 aulas del Instituto Policial de Educaci\u00f3n Superior (IPES), cuyo edificio administrativo inaugur\u00f3 hace un a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Est\u00e1 ubicado en la intersecci\u00f3n de las avenidas Independencia y Abraham Lincoln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta parte ser\u00e1 ejecutada por el Ministerio de Vivienda y Edificaciones (MIVED) y tendr\u00e1 un costo de 359 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuenta con un comedor, sal\u00f3n de reuniones, sala de esperas, oficinas, salones audiovisuales, enfermer\u00eda, cuarto el\u00e9ctrico, ba\u00f1os, auditorio, biblioteca, archivos y dos laboratorios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El evento cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de Faride Raful, senadora del Distrito Nacional y designada ministra de Interior y Polic\u00eda, quien no quiso emitir declaraciones hasta tanto asuma el 16 de agosto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, Abinader inaugur\u00f3 el nuevo edificio que albergar\u00e1 a la Junta de Aviaci\u00f3n Civil (JAC), a un costo de RD$115 millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los trabajos de remodelaci\u00f3n incluyeron salones de reuniones, ba\u00f1os, cocinas, recepci\u00f3n, oficina de cuatro niveles y cambio de ascensor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, incluy\u00f3 impermeabilizante de techo, climatizaci\u00f3n de los cuatro niveles, adecuaci\u00f3n de instalaciones el\u00e9ctricas del edificio, construcci\u00f3n de escalera de emergencia, adecuaci\u00f3n de fachadas de la edificaci\u00f3n y parqueos con capacidad para 10 veh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasta ayer, la JAC operaba en una casa en Gazcue, en el Distrito Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s del mediod\u00eda, el gobernante entreg\u00f3 100 apartamentos en el Plan Mi Vivienda San Luis, en Santo Domingo Este, con los que se eleva a 2,174 las unidades construidas por el MIVED en las tres etapas de Mi Vivienda San Luis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto significa un 89% de las 2,440 viviendas que contempla ese proyecto habitacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este complejo habitacional cuenta con \u00e1rea de juegos, \u00e1rea de recreaci\u00f3n, cancha de baloncesto, parqueo para carros y motores, adem\u00e1s de 27,675.68 metros cuadrados de \u00e1reas verdes y 2,984.37 de \u00e1rea institucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, Abinader entreg\u00f3 la primera etapa de 25 kil\u00f3metros de asfaltado en La Caleta.
