{"id":60861,"date":"2024-08-16T14:53:28","date_gmt":"2024-08-16T18:53:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/romanticany.com\/?p=60861"},"modified":"2024-08-16T14:53:28","modified_gmt":"2024-08-16T18:53:28","slug":"rd-luis-abinader-sometera-este-ano-una-reforma-a-la-ley-de-seguridad-social","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/romanticany.com\/?p=60861","title":{"rendered":"RD: Luis Abinader someter\u00e1 este a\u00f1o una reforma a la Ley de Seguridad Social"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Santo Domingo.<\/strong> &#8211; El presidente Luis Abinader anunci\u00f3 este viernes que presentar\u00e1 al Congreso Nacional una propuesta de reforma al Sistema de Seguridad Social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante su toma de posesi\u00f3n para un segundo mandato presidencial en el Teatro Nacional, Abinader destac\u00f3 la importancia de este sistema, adoptado hace 23 a\u00f1os, calific\u00e1ndolo como un paso valiente en la direcci\u00f3n correcta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anteriormente, menos del 15% de los dominicanos contaba con alg\u00fan tipo de pensi\u00f3n y menos del 20% dispon\u00eda de seguro de salud y riesgos laborales. \u201cHoy, pr\u00e1cticamente toda la poblaci\u00f3n dominicana est\u00e1 protegida por el seguro familiar de salud, y toda la poblaci\u00f3n laboralmente activa en la formalidad cuenta con derechos previsionales medibles\u201d, resalt\u00f3 el presidente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En su discurso, Abinader subray\u00f3 que los gobiernos sucesivos han trabajado para perfeccionar el sistema basado en la experiencia acumulada. A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que, tras di\u00e1logos con los sectores de salud, presentar\u00e1n en 2024 la propuesta de reforma del sistema de seguridad social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El presidente explic\u00f3 que en materia de salud, se propone ampliar la cobertura de atenci\u00f3n para incluir m\u00e1s enfermedades, reduciendo o eliminando el gasto de bolsillo de la poblaci\u00f3n. En cuanto a las pensiones, indic\u00f3 que se propondr\u00e1 incluir la cobertura de seguro de salud para los pensionados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEstamos comprometidos con una reforma que fortalezca, mejore y brinde tranquilidad a nuestra poblaci\u00f3n, asegurando la garant\u00eda universal de pensiones dignas\u201d, concluy\u00f3 Abinader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ceremonia de Juramentaci\u00f3n en el Teatro Nacional<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un hecho in\u00e9dito en 61 a\u00f1os, la ceremonia de juramentaci\u00f3n presidencial se llev\u00f3 a cabo fuera del Congreso Nacional.
