Est\u00e1 contenida en el decreto 455-24, en la cual el mandatario nombr\u00f3 a otros funcionarios en otras entidades gubernamentales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guido Mazara est\u00e1 en el art\u00edculo 4 de la referida norma presidencial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00f3mez Mazara vuelve al Gobierno luego de 20 a\u00f1os. Fue consultor Jur\u00eddico en el gesti\u00f3n de Hip\u00f3lito Mej\u00eda (2000-2004).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abCon una s\u00f3lida formaci\u00f3n legal, experiencia pol\u00edtica y compromiso con la transparencia\u00bb, se\u00f1ala sobre sus cualidades la Presidencia en el documento que dio a conocer su nombramiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1ala que el funcionario es docente universitario y autor y articulista. Adem\u00e1s, que es miembro del Partido Revolucionario Moderno (PRM) desde marzo de 2020, fecha en que se jurament\u00f3 tras un enfrentamiento con Miguel Vargas Maldonado por el control del Partido Revolucionario Dominicano (PRD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00f3mez Mazara estuvo en la Consultor\u00eda Jur\u00eddica del Poder Ejecutivo desde agosto de 2000 a marzo de 2004, fecha en la cual renunci\u00f3 para hacer campa\u00f1a por la reelecci\u00f3n del entonces presidente Hip\u00f3lito Mej\u00eda.
