Seg\u00fan EDH, este acto fue supuestamente realizado por autoridades locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLa situaci\u00f3n es resultado de actos de invasi\u00f3n que rozan el vandalismo, cometidos por supuestas autoridades bajo el falso pretexto de que la zona metropolitana de Puerto Pr\u00edncipe no puede recibir suministro el\u00e9ctrico si no lo hacen las comunidades de Hauts y Bas Plateaux\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la empresa en un comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hauts y Bas Plateaux son \u00e1reas cercanas a Plateau Central.
