Consumir alimentos ricos en grasas saludables, como el aceite de oliva, los frutos secos y el pescado, ayuda a mantener bajos los niveles de colesterol \u00abmalo\u00bb (LDL) y aumenta el colesterol \u00abbueno\u00bb (HDL).
