78 de la Legislatura Estatal de Nueva York, emiti\u00f3 la siguiente declaraci\u00f3n en reconocimiento al legado de Juan Pablo Duarte, conmemorando el nacimiento del Padre de la Patria de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEl legado de ejemplo que nos dejo Juan Pablo Duarte prevalecer\u00e1 por y para siempre, y en esta ocasi\u00f3n de la celebraci\u00f3n de su natalicio, a 212 a\u00f1os de nacimiento, su ideal sigue vivo y latente, gracias a su lucha, hoy la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, donde yo naci y me siento muy orgulloso de nuestras ra\u00edces es naci\u00f3n libre, independiente y soberano \u201d, record\u00f3 el asamble\u00edsta George \u00c1lvarez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEn ocasi\u00f3n de los actos conmemorativos del nacimiento de Juan Pablo Duarte, el m\u00e1s influyente de los Padres de la Patria de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana y quien con sus ideas revolucionarias marc\u00f3 su norte y visi\u00f3n fueron la libertad\u201d, dijo el representante \u00c1lvarez .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"687\" src=\"https:\/\/romanticany.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/PHOTO-2025-01-26-06-28-14-1024x687.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-71377\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEstoy orgulloso de unirme a mis comunitarios con sus familias en nuestro distrito 78 de la Asamblea del Estado de Nueva York para celebrar nuestra herencia dominicana, nuestra cultura y nuestro orgullo\u00bb, expres\u00f3 el representante \u00c1lvarez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De igual forma, \u00c1lvarez continu\u00f3 diciendo \u201cDuarte fue un l\u00edder que con su ejemplo de vida demostr\u00f3 su patriotismo, por eso y muchas otras razones, hoy es reconocido como el m\u00e1s importante de los padres fundadores de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MONUMENTO A JUAN PABLO DUARTE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se recuerda que la estatua del patricio es uno de los seis monumentos a los l\u00edderes latinoamericanos que resplandecen en la Avenida de las Am\u00e9ricas, y fue donada por la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana en ocasi\u00f3n del 165 aniversario del
