{"id":71603,"date":"2025-01-29T14:00:16","date_gmt":"2025-01-29T14:00:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/romanticany.com\/?p=71603"},"modified":"2025-01-29T14:00:18","modified_gmt":"2025-01-29T14:00:18","slug":"comisionado-ydanis-rodriguez-encabeza-acto-inaugural-renovacion-de-dyckman-rest-en-highbridge-park","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/romanticany.com\/?p=71603","title":{"rendered":"Comisionado Ydanis Rodr\u00edguez encabeza acto inaugural renovaci\u00f3n de Dyckman Rest en Highbridge Park"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NUEVA YORK.\u2013 El comisionado del Departamento de Transporte de la ciudad de Nueva York (NYC DOT), Ydanis Rodriguez, se uni\u00f3 la ma\u00f1ana de este martes al Departamento de Parques durante el corte de cinta de la renovaci\u00f3n del \u00e1rea recreacional Dyckman Rest, en Highbridge Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ceremonia tuvo lugar en la intersecci\u00f3n de Dickman Street y Fort George Hill, al norte de Highbridge Park, en Inwood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto de renovaci\u00f3n, que cuenta con un \u00e1rea de juegos y espacios de descanso para la recreaci\u00f3n de residentes de todas las edades, inici\u00f3 en febrero de 2021 y finaliz\u00f3 en julio de 2024, gracias a los fondos obtenidos durante el proceso de rezonificaci\u00f3n de Dyckman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s de Rodr\u00edguez, el acto estuvo presidido por Tricia Shimamura, Manhattan Borough Commissioner, en representaci\u00f3n de la Comisionada de Parques de la Ciudad de Nueva York, Sue Donoghue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/romanticany.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/DOT-250128-Dyckman-Rest-Ribbon-Cutting-003-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-71605\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asistieron adem\u00e1s, la concejal del distrito 10 Carmen De la Rosa, Jos\u00e9 Reyes Taveras, asistencia especial del comisionado, representantes de la Junta Comunitaria 12, y directivos del Dyckman Road Runners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta renovaci\u00f3n es parte de la inversi\u00f3n lograda por el hoy comisionado Rodr\u00edguez, quien para la \u00e9poca se desempe\u00f1aba como concejal de la zona. Su gesti\u00f3n inicial result\u00f3 fundamental para asegurar la financiaci\u00f3n y garantizar la ejecuci\u00f3n de estas mejoras en Dyckman Rest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLa transformaci\u00f3n de este parque en un espacio moderno y acogedor que reafirma el compromiso del alcalde Eric Adams y su administraci\u00f3n con el bienestar de la comunidad de Manhattan.
