El crimen ocurri\u00f3 el 19 de abril de 2023 durante un intento de atraco en el que el menor viajaba con su familia tras salir del Aeropuerto Cibao.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aplazamiento de la audiencia para otros imputados<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La audiencia para los dem\u00e1s acusados \u200b\u200bfue reprogramada para el 31 de marzo debido a problemas log\u00edsticos. Seg\u00fan el abogado Santiago Peralta, el traslado de Tom\u00e1s Pe\u00f1a Moreno desde Dajab\u00f3n, la ausencia de jueces titulares y la no presentaci\u00f3n de testigos complicaron el desarrollo del proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El grupo acusado y su estrategia.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio P\u00fablico afirm\u00f3 que los imputados planearon el crimen, utilizando un arma de fuego ilegal para perseguir e interceptar a las v\u00edctimas.
