Esta disposici\u00f3n gubernamental se encuentra en el decreto 48-25, que tambi\u00e9n establece que Asenci\u00f3n pasar\u00e1 a ser ministro sin cartera. La nueva posici\u00f3n de Estrella ser\u00e1 efectiva a partir del 26 de febrero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estrella, quien fue senador de Santiago de los Caballeros entre 2020 y 2024, tambi\u00e9n presidi\u00f3 la C\u00e1mara Alta del Congreso Nacional durante esos cuatro a\u00f1os. Adem\u00e1s, se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como Presidente del Senado de la Rep\u00fablica entre 2020 y 2023 y como Ministro de Obras P\u00fablicas entre 1991 y 1994, liderando importantes obras viales y proyectos de desarrollo urbano en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eduardo Estrella es ingeniero civil, egresado de la Universidad Nacional Aut\u00f3noma de M\u00e9xico (UNAM), y tiene una destacada trayectoria en el sector p\u00fablico. Ha ocupado diversas posiciones clave, incluyendo la direcci\u00f3n del Instituto Nacional de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado (Inapa) y la subsecretar\u00eda de Obras P\u00fablicas.
