El caso se centr\u00f3 en el uso no autorizado de la producci\u00f3n musical \u00abCalle de Verdad\u00bb, cuyos derechos pertenecen a Andr\u00e9 Mois\u00e9s Peguero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio P\u00fablico demostr\u00f3 que Restituyo, representante de Vulcano Music Entertainment, lanz\u00f3 el tema bajo el nombre \u00abCallej\u00f3n\u00bb en el canal oficial de Rochy RD (Aderly Ram\u00edrez Oviedo), sin el consentimiento del titular de los derechos. Este acto le permiti\u00f3 obtener beneficios econ\u00f3micos ileg\u00edtimos, vulnerando las normativas legales sobre propiedad intelectual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alteraci\u00f3n del Proyecto Original<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El lanzamiento correcto debi\u00f3 realizarse bajo el t\u00edtulo \u00abRochy RD x Gkey The Psiquiatra-Calle de Verdad\u00bb. Sin embargo, Restituyo modific\u00f3 el nombre a \u00abROCHY RD Callej\u00f3n X Gkey\u00bb, lo que constituy\u00f3 una violaci\u00f3n directa de los derechos del creador original. El tribunal determin\u00f3 que estas acciones configuraron un delito de explotaci\u00f3n ilegal de propiedad intelectual, sancionado por la Ley 53-07.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Restituyo cumplir\u00e1 su condena en el Centro Correccional Najayo Hombres.
