El alto funcionario visitar\u00e1 el pa\u00eds esta noche y sostendr\u00e1 una reuni\u00f3n con el presidente Luis Abinader ma\u00f1ana jueves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Medidas de Seguridad<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde tempranas horas, agentes federales, miembros del Cuerpo Especializado de Seguridad Aeroportuaria y de la Aviaci\u00f3n Civil (CESAC), junto con efectivos de la Polic\u00eda Nacional y otras agencias, han tomado posiciones clave en el aeropuerto para garantizar la seguridad del Secretario de Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vigilancia Intensificada<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vigilancia ha sido intensificada, especialmente en la rampa por donde Rubio y su comitiva se desplazar\u00e1n. El personal de mantenimiento y operaciones de rampa ha trabajado en la limpieza y acondicionamiento del \u00e1rea donde ser\u00e1 estacionada la aeronave del gobierno de los Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recepci\u00f3n Oficial<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se estima que la aeronave que transporta al Secretario de Estado aterrice en territorio dominicano a las 8:15 p.m. de este mi\u00e9rcoles. A su llegada, ser\u00e1 recibido por el ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, Roberto \u00c1lvarez, junto a una comitiva de funcionarios del gobierno dominicano y representantes de la Embajada de los Estados Unidos en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Agenda de la Visita<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La estad\u00eda de Rubio se extender\u00e1 hasta el jueves 6 de febrero. Se espera que el Secretario de Estado y el presidente Abinader aborden la crisis en Hait\u00ed y la reciente decisi\u00f3n de Washington de cesar la ayuda a la Fuerza Multinacional de Seguridad.
