Este anuncio se realiz\u00f3 durante una rueda de prensa con el secretario de Estado estadounidense, Marco Rubio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabrera Ulloa, quien lidera la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Control de Drogas (DNCD), ha sido reconocido por su impresionante r\u00e9cord y capacidad de liderazgo.
