Adem\u00e1s, anunci\u00f3 que se crear\u00e1, mediante decreto, el Sistema Nacional de Transparencia y Anticorrupci\u00f3n (SNTA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objetivo del SNTA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn ese sentido, estamos trabajando en un decreto para crear el Sistema Nacional de Transparencia y Anticorrupci\u00f3n, que nos permita agilizar y pasar del gabinete que tenemos a un sistema de mucho mayor agilidad que pueda coordinar e integrar las estrategias gubernamentales en materia de transparencia y lucha anticorrupci\u00f3n\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el mandatario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Importancia de la Honestidad<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente subray\u00f3 que se debe llegar a todos los niveles de la poblaci\u00f3n donde la honestidad se ponga de moda y as\u00ed haya un comportamiento de transparencia y honestidad. \u201cEs algo que tenemos la responsabilidad de hacer, para seguir avanzando\u201d, declar\u00f3 Abinader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Direcci\u00f3n General de \u00c9tica e Integridad Gubernamental<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mandatario indic\u00f3 que la Direcci\u00f3n General de \u00c9tica e Integridad Gubernamental ha recibido 47 denuncias. De estas, 1,415 fueron clasificadas incompetentes entre 2013 y 2020, y 322 reclasificadas competentes en el mismo per\u00edodo. Adem\u00e1s, 1,182 casos de denuncias fueron resueltos entre 2020 y 2024, y 860 entre 2020 y 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mediciones de Libre Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De 300 denuncias recibidas, el 74% fueron resueltas. En cuanto a la evaluaci\u00f3n de portales de transparencia, en 2021 hab\u00eda 100 en cumplimiento y 126 en incumplimiento. En 2024, hubo 201 en cumplimiento y 28 en incumplimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prevenci\u00f3n de la Corrupci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este aspecto, se han implementado m\u00e1s de 106 c\u00f3digos de integridad institucional. Se han impactado a 20,000 servidores p\u00fablicos con 192 estrategias de sensibilizaci\u00f3n y capacitaciones, y se han realizado 39 espacios de consulta p\u00fablica. Adem\u00e1s, se han llevado a cabo m\u00e1s de 300 actividades simult\u00e1neas en 195 instituciones del Gobierno central.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Proyectos Futuros<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente adelant\u00f3 que para finales de 2027 o inicios de 2028, el pa\u00eds contar\u00e1 con 800 megavatios adicionales, consolidando una mayor estabilidad en el sistema el\u00e9ctrico nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reconocimientos Internacionales<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Rep\u00fablica Dominicana ha sido elegida, por aclamaci\u00f3n, para presidir el comit\u00e9 de expertos del mecanismo de seguimiento a la implementaci\u00f3n de la Convenci\u00f3n Interamericana contra la Corrupci\u00f3n, ejercida por la OEA.
