El artista, que llevaba varios d\u00edas ingresado por complicaciones de salud, sufri\u00f3 varios paros cardiacos que le provocaron la muerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nacido en Hait\u00ed en 1961 con el nombre de Critz Sterlin, F\u00e9lix Cumb\u00e9 se naturaliz\u00f3 como dominicano en diciembre de 2022. A lo largo de su carrera, logr\u00f3 gran reconocimiento, especialmente por su regreso al escenario como bachatero en 2012 con el tema \u00abT\u00fa no ta&#8217; pa&#8217; m\u00ed\u00bb. Su \u00e9xito m\u00e1s reciente, \u00abFui fu\u00e1\u00bb, se convirti\u00f3 en un fen\u00f3meno viral en plataformas como TikTok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El artista hab\u00eda sido hospitalizado meses despu\u00e9s de sufrir un accidente cerebrovascular (ACV) en mayo de 2024, del cual no se recuper\u00f3 por completo. A pesar de estos desaf\u00edos, su salud mostr\u00f3 se\u00f1ales positivas y su entorno familiar se mantuvo optimista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En enero de 2024, se inform\u00f3 que Cumb\u00e9 estaba en recuperaci\u00f3n en un centro de salud privado en Santo Domingo Este debido a problemas de salud. \u00abLo llev\u00e9 a consulta porque estaba sofocado, estaba teniendo problemas en los pulmones y los ri\u00f1ones; ten\u00eda una anemia cr\u00f3nica, pero estaba mejorando\u00bb, relat\u00f3 su esposa Fanny Adames en ese momento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cumb\u00e9 tambi\u00e9n fue compositor de temas como \u00abD\u00e9jame volver\u00bb, \u00abEl Mu\u00f1equito\u00bb, \u00abLa Melliza\u00bb y otros m\u00e1s para la orquesta de An\u00edbal Bravo. Populariz\u00f3 canciones como \u00abMi gatico\u00bb, \u00abLos habladores\u00bb y \u00abCu\u00e1nto llor\u00e9\u00bb. Su tema \u00abF\u00e9lix Cumb\u00e9\u00bb en voz de Fernando Villalona es conocido por todos los dominicanos, y m\u00e1s adelante, el Mayimbe populariz\u00f3 \u00abD\u00e9jame volver\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El artista grab\u00f3 el remix del hit \u00abFui fu\u00e1\u00bb con el artista urbano Crazy Design en septiembre de 2024, que suma 3.7 millones de reproducciones en YouTube.
