La ceremonia, encabezada por la primera dama Raquel Arbaje y el director general del INFOTEP, Rafael Santos Bad\u00eda, entreg\u00f3 diplomas a profesionales listos para enfrentar los desaf\u00edos del mercado laboral y contribuir al desarrollo sostenible del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Importancia de la Formaci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnico-Profesional<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su intervenci\u00f3n, la primera dama destac\u00f3 la relevancia de la formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnico-profesional en econom\u00edas y sociedades complejas. Arbaje subray\u00f3 que la educaci\u00f3n es la mayor riqueza de las personas y exhort\u00f3 a los j\u00f3venes graduandos a seguir super\u00e1ndose mediante el conocimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Impacto del INFOTEP en la Formaci\u00f3n de Mano de Obra Calificada<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rafael Santos Bad\u00eda resalt\u00f3 el impacto del INFOTEP en la formaci\u00f3n de mano de obra calificada, el fomento del empleo y el emprendimiento en el pa\u00eds. \u201cEl modelo INFOTEP es un modelo de \u00e9xito y se ha convertido en una Marca-Pa\u00eds; es la referencia para todo joven que quiere aprender un oficio para obtener un empleo y para los padres de familia que han visto progresar a sus hijos a trav\u00e9s de una formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Expansi\u00f3n de la Infraestructura del INFOTEP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Santos Bad\u00eda tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 que uno de los logros de la gesti\u00f3n del presidente Luis Abinader es la visi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica de llevar al INFOTEP adonde vive la gente, ampliando la infraestructura de ocho centros en 2020 a 54 centros diseminados en todo el territorio nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c1reas de Formaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los graduandos han realizado formaciones en diversas \u00e1reas como rob\u00f3tica, computaci\u00f3n en nubes, desarrollo de software y manejo de drones. Otros han recibido cursos de t\u00e9cnicos auxiliares o b\u00e1sicos en \u00e1reas tradicionales como electricidad, plomer\u00eda, electr\u00f3nica, refrigeraci\u00f3n, alba\u00f1iler\u00eda, carpinter\u00eda, peluquer\u00eda, reposter\u00eda, panader\u00eda y sommelier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Modalidades de Formaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los egresados recibieron sus capacitaciones en modalidades como Formaci\u00f3n Dual, que combina teor\u00eda y pr\u00e1ctica en un entorno real de trabajo; Formaci\u00f3n Continua en Centro, que ofrece una visi\u00f3n global de la ocupaci\u00f3n; y Validaci\u00f3n Ocupacional, que reconoce conocimientos, habilidades y destrezas adquiridos emp\u00edricamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Representantes de los Graduandos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overlin Mart\u00ednez, de la Direcci\u00f3n Regional Este, y Daniela Rosario, de la Direcci\u00f3n Regional Cibao Sur, hablaron en nombre de los graduandos. Expresaron que esta graduaci\u00f3n marca el inicio de nuevas experiencias y la confianza de estar preparados para enfrentar los desaf\u00edos del mundo laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Procedencia de los Graduandos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los graduandos provienen de diversas regiones del pa\u00eds, incluyendo La Romana, Santiago, San Crist\u00f3bal, San Juan de la Maguana, Bonao, y muchas otras localidades.
