Gonz\u00e1lez fue detenido durante un allanamiento en una villa del municipio Jarabacoa, en la provincia La Vega, y se le acusa de violar el art\u00edculo 405 del C\u00f3digo Penal Dominicano, que castiga la estafa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el expediente, Gonz\u00e1lez manej\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 150 millones de pesos a trav\u00e9s de la empresa de valores \u201cHarvest Trading Cap\u201d, que operaba en el pa\u00eds desde 2019. La empresa captaba inversionistas prometiendo invertir sus fondos en la bolsa de valores y en criptomonedas, con un beneficio del 8% del valor invertido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El magistrado Deybi Timoteo Peguero dispuso que Gonz\u00e1lez responda en un juicio de fondo por los hechos que se le imputan. La decisi\u00f3n se tom\u00f3 al acoger un pedimento del Ministerio P\u00fablico, que solicit\u00f3 enviar al imputado a juicio de fondo.
