Estos individuos suplantaban identidades de dominicanos, falsificaban documentos p\u00fablicos y realizaban declaraciones de nacimiento fraudulentas para beneficiar a los extranjeros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Composici\u00f3n de la Red<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La red estaba compuesta por terceros y empleados de la Oficial\u00eda de Estado Civil de Nizao, quienes actuaban bajo la direcci\u00f3n de la oficial del Estado Civil, Mar\u00eda del Carmen Arias Castillo, y de Dominga Valdez, ambas pr\u00f3fugas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Operativos y Capturas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los acusados fueron apresados durante allanamientos en las comunidades de Nizao, Santana, Pizarrete, Don Gregorio y Ban\u00ed.
