Preparar mano de obra calificada, t\u00e9cnicos calificados\u2026 eso nos dice a nosotros que vamos por buen camino y que se le est\u00e1n dando oportunidades a esos j\u00f3venes que por alguna raz\u00f3n no lograron una carrera universitaria.
