El equipo adquiri\u00f3 al jardinero Alexander Canario y al infielder Jos\u00e9 Daniel Devers desde las \u00c1guilas Cibae\u00f1as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para obtener los servicios de Canario y Devers, los Leones cedieron al jardinero Steward Berroa y al relevista derecho Robert Corniel. Canario, de 24 a\u00f1os y oriundo de Montecristi, tuvo una destacada actuaci\u00f3n en la Serie Regular 2024-25 con las \u00c1guilas, bateando .304\/.411\/.544 en 27 partidos, con cuatro cuadrangulares, 16 remolcadas, 7 dobles y 13 anotadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el Round Robin, Canario jug\u00f3 en 12 encuentros y bate\u00f3 .289 con un OPS de .782, 4 dobles y 4 anotadas. En las Ligas Menores, se ha destacado por su poder, con 37 jonrones en 125 juegos en 2022 y 18 en 64 partidos en 2023 en AAA. Actualmente, pertenece a los Cachorros de Chicago y ha tenido breves apariciones en las Grandes Ligas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devers, de 21 a\u00f1os, puede jugar en el campocorto, la antesala y la intermedia. Aunque no ha debutado en la LIDOM, fue seleccionado por las \u00c1guilas en la tercera ronda del Sorteo de Novatos de 2023. Nativo de Saman\u00e1, Devers forma parte de la organizaci\u00f3n de los Guardianes de Cleveland, donde jug\u00f3 en Clase A+ en 2024, anotando 55 carreras, empujando 37, conectando 19 dobles, 7 jonrones y robando 14 bases, con un promedio de .216.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gerencia de Operaciones de B\u00e9isbol del Escogido agradeci\u00f3 a Berroa y Corniel por su entrega y les dese\u00f3 \u00e9xitos en su nueva etapa.
