Nova tambi\u00e9n es acusado de amenazar a S\u00e1nchez Batista con un arma blanca frente a su hija adolescente de 14 a\u00f1os, el pasado 14 de febrero, en su residencia en el sector Evaristo Morales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como parte de las pruebas presentadas, el Ministerio P\u00fablico incluy\u00f3 el testimonio de la denunciante, un informe psicol\u00f3gico sobre su estado emocional y un certificado m\u00e9dico forense que detalla las agresiones sufridas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nova est\u00e1 siendo acusado de presunta violencia de g\u00e9nero, conforme a los art\u00edculos 309-1 y 309-2 del
