M\u00e9ndez, quien estaba pr\u00f3fugo desde el a\u00f1o pasado, era buscado por su participaci\u00f3n en el secuestro de Kaith Alessandra Bruno N\u00fa\u00f1ez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Detalles del Operativo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La detenci\u00f3n se efectu\u00f3 en la calle 1.\u00aa, esquina avenida Venezuela, sector \u00c1mbar, en Santo Domingo Este. El operativo cont\u00f3 con la colaboraci\u00f3n del Departamento de Inteligencia Sensitiva (DIS) y equipos t\u00e1cticos de la Direcci\u00f3n de \u00c1rea de Investigaci\u00f3n de Crimen Organizado (DIACO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Orden Judicial y Proceso Legal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La captura de M\u00e9ndez se realiz\u00f3 en cumplimiento de la orden judicial No. 2024-AJ0009493, emitida por violaci\u00f3n a la Ley 583-70 sobre secuestro. Tras completar el protocolo de procesamiento policial, el detenido ser\u00e1 puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Un Golpe al Crimen Organizado<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este operativo representa un importante avance en la lucha contra el crimen organizado en el pa\u00eds.
