Este complejo albergar\u00e1 oficinas del Ministerio P\u00fablico y la Defensa P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deligne Ascenci\u00f3n, exministro de Obras P\u00fablicas, resalt\u00f3 que se trata de la construcci\u00f3n m\u00e1s grande y moderna para el sistema judicial en la historia democr\u00e1tica del pa\u00eds, con una superficie de m\u00e1s de 46,000 metros cuadrados y una inversi\u00f3n de 4,486 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Detalles de la Construcci\u00f3n<\/strong> La estructura cuenta con hormig\u00f3n armado, acero y cerramientos de cristal protegidos con louvers de aluminio. Las oficinas se distribuyen en siete bloques de cuatro niveles, adem\u00e1s de un nivel subterr\u00e1neo y un \u00e1rea de estacionamiento con 349 espacios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Inauguraci\u00f3n Oficial<\/strong> El presidente Abinader estuvo acompa\u00f1ado por el presidente de la Suprema Corte de Justicia, Luis Henry Molina, jueces de altas cortes y otros funcionarios. Ascenci\u00f3n mencion\u00f3 que en agosto de 2020, la obra estaba en un 20% de ejecuci\u00f3n y pr\u00e1cticamente paralizada, con serias limitaciones de dise\u00f1o y presupuestarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mejoras y Ajustes<\/strong> Tras escuchar opiniones t\u00e9cnicas y de futuros usuarios, el MOPC se comprometi\u00f3 a ejecutar la construcci\u00f3n con altos est\u00e1ndares de calidad. Se realizaron ajustes y redise\u00f1os al proyecto original, resultando en una obra de gran magnitud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Beneficios para la Comunidad<\/strong> El Palacio de Justicia espera recibir diariamente entre 3,000 y 4,000 personas, ofreciendo una amplia gama de servicios p\u00fablicos y judiciales. Henry Molina, presidente de la Suprema Corte de Justicia, subray\u00f3 que esta inauguraci\u00f3n marca el fin de \u00abla era de los furgones\u00bb y pone a la persona en el centro de la justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Programa \u00abGobierno Contigo\u00bb<\/strong> El presidente Abinader tambi\u00e9n realiz\u00f3 un recorrido por el sector La Ure\u00f1a, donde mostr\u00f3 c\u00f3mo el Gobierno invierte en mejorar la calidad de vida de personas vulnerables.
