Zambada, capturado el 25 de julio de 2024, alega que fue secuestrado y entregado en contra de su voluntad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Carta en el Consulado de Nueva York<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El viernes pasado, Zambada entreg\u00f3 una carta en el Consulado de M\u00e9xico en Nueva York, solicitando la intervenci\u00f3n del Gobierno mexicano para evitar un posible colapso en las relaciones bilaterales. La misiva subraya la necesidad de su repatriaci\u00f3n para resolver el caso de manera justa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Procedimiento de Extradici\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El titular de la FGR, Alejandro Gertz Manero, asegur\u00f3 en la conferencia matutina del Gobierno que el procedimiento de extradici\u00f3n ya se cumpli\u00f3 con amplitud. \u00abDesde la captura de Zambada, iniciamos un proceso de extradici\u00f3n ante las autoridades norteamericanas, presentando tres \u00f3rdenes de aprehensi\u00f3n vigentes\u00bb, declar\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Asistencia Consular y Convenci\u00f3n de Viena<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gertz Manero destac\u00f3 que M\u00e9xico tiene la obligaci\u00f3n de brindar asistencia consular a Zambada, conforme a la Convenci\u00f3n de Viena, aunque aclar\u00f3 que no ha tenido contacto con los abogados del capo. \u00abEste caso no es una excepci\u00f3n; es un procedimiento est\u00e1ndar\u00bb, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Secuestro y Conflicto Interno<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La FGR considera que el arresto de Zambada en Estados Unidos fue un secuestro, orquestado por Joaqu\u00edn Guzm\u00e1n L\u00f3pez, hijo de &#8216;El Chapo&#8217; Guzm\u00e1n.
