Betania Rosa Rubio fue nombrada procuradora adjunta tras la renuncia de Felipe Herrera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nuevos Procuradores Adjuntos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los nuevos procuradores adjuntos trabajar\u00e1n junto a la nueva procuradora general, Yeni Berenice Reynoso, quien fue juramentada por el jefe del Estado en el Palacio Nacional, tras la reuni\u00f3n del CNM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los nombrados son Fiordaliza Alduey Mercedes, Emilio Rodr\u00edguez Montilla, Isis Germania de la Cruz Duarte, Mar\u00eda del Carmen de Le\u00f3n, Osvaldo Antonio Bonilla, Iv\u00e1n F\u00e9lix y Betania Rosa Rubio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Juramentaci\u00f3n y Experiencia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La secretaria del consejo, Nancy Salcedo, anunci\u00f3 a los medios que la juramentaci\u00f3n de los nuevos procuradores adjuntos se realizar\u00e1 el mi\u00e9rcoles 26 a las once de la ma\u00f1ana en el Sal\u00f3n de Embajadores del Palacio Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salcedo resalt\u00f3 que, salvo Fiordaliza Alduey, todos los nuevos procuradores adjuntos son miembros del Ministerio P\u00fablico, lo que demuestra su experiencia y trayectoria dentro de este \u00f3rgano del Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Integrantes del CNM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Consejo Nacional de la Magistratura est\u00e1 compuesto por el presidente Luis Abinader; los presidentes de las c\u00e1maras legislativas, Ricardo de los Santos y Alfredo Pacheco; el senador Omar Fern\u00e1ndez; el diputado Tob\u00edas Crespo; el presidente de la Suprema Corte de Justicia, Luis Henry Molina; la secretaria del consejo, Nancy Salcedo; y el presidente del Tribunal Constitucional, Napole\u00f3n Est\u00e9vez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Consejo Nacional de la Magistratura (CNM) design\u00f3 este lunes a los siete procuradores adjuntos de la Procuradur\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica, propuestos por el presidente Luis Abinader.
