Este decreto, a\u00fan no disponible en la gaceta digital de la Consultor\u00eda Jur\u00eddica del Poder Ejecutivo, establece la base legal para enfrentar y llevar a la justicia a los miembros de estas bandas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante una entrevista en LA Semanal con la Prensa, Abinader subray\u00f3 que su principal compromiso es con la seguridad del pueblo dominicano. \u00abSi uno de estos elementos intenta ingresar a nuestro territorio, necesitamos una base legal para enfrentarlos o llevarlos a la justicia, y este decreto nos proporciona esa base\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 el mandatario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En su discurso de rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, el presidente mencion\u00f3 que la medida se tom\u00f3 debido al desinter\u00e9s de la comunidad internacional hacia el terror sembrado por estas bandas en Hait\u00ed.
